A fascinating cycling holiday on the Ho Chi Minh Trail in Vietnam. By mountain bike is the perfect way to explore the Ho Chi Minh Trail and northern Vietnam. Cycling on quiet roads and tracks through traditional villages, this exciting new cycling holiday explores the remote and previously inaccessible northern part of the Ho Chi Minh Trail. En route, we cycle to the spectacular scenery and caves of the Phong Nha National Park and see numerous fascinating relics of the Vietnam War, such as the combat base at Khe Sanh. Other highlights we cycle to include the ‘Imperial City’ of Hue and the beach at Hoi An, a perfect place to relax at the end of this great cycling holiday in Vietnam.

SEMI-SLICK ADVENTURE. This trip is suitable for regular and reasonably fit bikers with mountain bikes fitted with semi-slick tyres. Mainly biking on backroads, tarmac highway and dirtroads, the route is not technical but there are some climbs and some longer cycling days to offer a challenge. Vehicle support always available. Average 70 km/43 miles per day.
